"Having been a member of numerous gyms throughout the country over the last 20 odd years, I always followed the same pattern. I would start off with huge enthusiasm and wholeheartedly embrace the 1-11/2 hour workout that I would be given. Then after a few weeks when the boredom would kick in, it was just so easy to find a reason why I simply didn't have the time to train or that I was too tired to do all that huffing and puffing after a hard day's work. The result would be that my attendance dwindled, I would stop training and get fatter and less fit. When I read about Ladyzone it seemed different so I went along to have a look and find out more.
